剛柔流空手道正徳館 総館長 森田 衞
1946年生。中京大学体育学部卒。
13歳より空手道を学び、剛柔流正剛館創設者である多田正剛に師事。19歳で正剛館名古屋道場指導員の抜擢を受ける。大学卒業後、正剛館香港・九龍・澳門道場を指導。1973年第1回アジア大会（シンガポールにて開催）では、香港メンバーの監督として出場。
1974年正徳館創立。香港警察空手道会最高師範を受任。1996年ブルガリアへ空手道指導訪問。大阪府守口市の親善大使として道場生を引率して1994年中国中山市に表敬訪問し演武会を開催。以降定期的に中国、香港、澳門を中心として演武会や表敬訪問を数多く開催する。
香港で活躍する弟子達の強い要望により、2000年森田会を創立し（以後、海外活動では森田会と称する）、空手道の他に古武道指導にも力を注ぐ。正徳館創立後、日本大阪府守口市を総本部道場とし、国民体育大会等で活躍する優秀な選手を輩出。
1998～2010年にわたって流派の垣根を越えた次代を担う武道家を育てる千人規模の数多くの大会を企画運営。中国駐大阪総領事館の後援を受けた主催大会も運営。空手道界に新しい風を興した。日中友好への思いは非常に強く、2008年中国四川大地震の際には義援金と日本道場生による千羽鶴を中国駐大阪総領事館を通して寄付し総領事より感謝状を受けている。2010年の国際親善大会は場所を中国上海市に移し、大会種目に古武道競技を誕生させ大成功を収めた。
30年以上にわたり大阪府空手道連盟の要職を担い2009年勇退後は、守口市の小さな武道家への育成指導、日中友好の架け橋として年に幾度も海外指導を行い、空手道や古武道を通して心を育てる武道家。
刚柔流空手道正德馆

1946年生，中京大学体育学部毕业。13岁开始学习空手道，师从刚柔流正刚馆创设者多田正刚。19岁提拔成为正刚馆名古屋道场指导老师。大学毕业后身为正刚馆香港，九龙，澳门道场督导。
1973年第一届亚洲太平洋空手道大赛（在新加坡举办）作为香港成员的监督出场。1974年创办正德馆，被授予为香港警察空手道最高师范。1996年作为空手道指导访问保加利亚。1994年作为大阪府守口市的亲善大使，带着道场弟子访问中国中山市并举办了演武会。以后定期在中国内地以及中国香港，中国澳门为中心举办了很多场演武会。
应香港活跃的弟子要求，2000年创立森田会（在这以后，海外活动称为森田会），除了空手道以外的也致力于古武道。正德馆创立后，作为日本大阪府守口市的总道场，在国民体育大会上培养出一批活跃优秀的选手。1998～2010年之间，为了培养下一代年轻弟子，超越空手道流派的芥蒂，企划运营了了数千人的大会。并参与运营了以中国驻大阪总领事馆为主的武道大会，掀起了一场新的空手道旋风。由于对日中友好的念头越来越深刻，在2008年四川大地震的时候，以日本道场的名义，通过中国驻大阪领事馆寄付了道场弟子亲手制作的千纸鹤和慰问金，收到了总领事的奖状。2010年的国际亲善大会，场所搬到了中国上海，诞生了古武道新竞技项目大获成功。经过30年的沉淀积累，在大阪府空手道联盟担任要职，2009年急流勇退之后，现今在守口市的一家武道馆任监督指导，作为日中友好的桥梁，每年都有几次海外指导，是通过空手道和古武道来修养身心的武道家。
Grand Master of the Goju-ryu Karate-do ‘Seitokukan’ Mamoru Morita
Mamoru Morita was born in 1946. He is a graduate of the School of Physical Education, Chukyo University. He began learning karate when he was thirteen years old under Seigo Tada, the founder of the Goju-ryu Seigokan. At 19, he was selected as an instructor for the Seigokan Nagoya dojo. After he graduated, he instructed at the Seigokan Hong Kong, Kowloon and Macao dojos. At the first Asian Tournament in Singapore in 1973, he appeared as the coach of the Hong Kong members. In 1974, Seitokukan was founded and Morita was appointed as the lead instructor of the Hong Kong Police Karate-do Kai. In 1996, he visited Bulgaria as a karate-do instructor. As the goodwill ambassador for Moriguchi City in Osaka Prefecture, in 1994 he visited Zhongshan, China with his dojo students and held a martial arts demonstration. Since then, he regularly makes such visits and holds demonstrations, mainly in China, Hong Kong and Macao. In 2000, at the request of his pupils in Hong Kong, the Morita-kai (hereafter referred to as Morita-kai when active overseas) was founded and Morita dedicated himself to teaching kobudo (traditional Japanese martial arts) as well as karate. After Shotokukan was founded, it produced many outstanding martial artists who completed at events such as the National Sports Festival of Japan as the head dojo for Moriguchi City in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. From 1998 to 2010, he planned and operated a large number of tournaments featuring more than 1000 competitors, crossing the borders of different schools in order to nurture the next generation of martial artists. Morita was a breath of fresh air in the karate world. In 2010, the International Friendship Karate Championship was relocated to Shanghai, China, and a kobudo competition was added to the Championship events with great success. Morita was an important member of the Osaka Prefectural Karatedo Federation for more than thirty years, and after his voluntary retirement in 2009, he has teaching the young martial artists of Moriguchi City and promoting friendship between Japan and China by holding overseas instruction many times a year. He is truly a martial artist who tries to nurture the spirit through karate-do and kobudo.
